Precision Mold Making

By analyzing molding flow, we are able to meet the needs of different product development and design. Through high-speed precision cutting (30000rpm), precision mirror EDM, high-precision wire cutting process technology and CMM to produce and guarantee high-precision mold or mold components.

Mold Tool Materials

Different mold steel has different characteristic such as hardness, mirror polishing performance, rust resistance, wear resistance and so on. Our engineer will select the appropriate mold materials according to the product detail requests for your custom mold making.

We make plastic injection molding tools and dies from S136H, 2316H, H13, 2316H, P20, 8407 (hardened) and NAK80 (hardened). Additionally, we offer standard SPI finishes, EDM texturing and a range of etched textures. Unless otherwise specified by you, our standard tolerances conform to DIN-2768-1-fine.
