We have special materials for mold making and injection molding technology, and have a deep understanding of special engineering plastics. We have been working with our customers to complete mold making and product injection molding with hundreds of different materials.
Through analyzing product design and manufacturing feasibility assessment, product strength, assembly feasibility, mold flows, mold mechanism motion, mold structure strength, problems that were previously difficult to detect can be prevented in advance, thereby shortening the development cycle and reducing unnecessary long-term test costs.

Different mold steel has different characteristic such as hardness, mirror polishing performance, rust resistance, wear resistance and so on. Our engineer will select the appropriate mold materials according to the product detail requests for your custom mold making.
We make plastic injection molding tools and dies from S136H, 2316H, H13, 2316H, P20, 8407 (hardened) and NAK80 (hardened). Additionally, we offer standard SPI finishes, EDM texturing and a range of etched textures. Unless otherwise specified by you, our standard tolerances conform to DIN-2768-1-fine.
