Plastic Injection Molding Parts Tolerance

Heat and moisture affect all plastic material, we give our injection molded plastic parts tolerance guide. Unless otherwise specified, we comply with the DIN 16742 standard tolerances for plastic injection moldings. We will work closely to optimize mold design and product development for manufacturing your injection molded parts.

 

Color Matching & Surface Finishing Options

Mold texturing involves applying industry standard textures to a mold. With mold texturing you can expect the equivalent of a Mold-Tech finish.

Custom color matching is offered on customer-supplied Pantone numbers and customer-supplied part samples.

Threaded inserts are possible through secondary heat staking and ultrasonic welding processes. Heat staking is the process of heating threaded inserts and press-fitting those inserts into molded part geometries.

Pad printing transfers a two-dimensional image onto a three-dimensional object. We will print designed images like company logos on molded parts.

Laser engraving is applied to the mold or directly to final parts for information such as logos or part numbers.

Basic assembly includes fastening molded parts together that we’ve manufactured and/or applying of labels to individually bagged parts.
